The SEPAC Meeting in April will feature success stories from local supply chain and vendor professionals celebrating specific triumphs and showcasing strategies that work! The presentations will be 10-15 minutes in length highlighting successful and innovative achievements followed by 5-10 minutes of Q&A. Attendees can expect to take away the following from the presentations:

  • Learn successful strategies for working with vendors to create a win-win for the representative and the institution
  • How to work effectively with the Facilities Operations department. Including aspects of relationship building; recognition and implementation of the end-to-end sourcing process; supplier Relationship Management (SRM); and how all three have led to increased savings, easier supplier management, and better overall support within Facilities.
  • Identify gaps in your vendor credentialing program and tools for implementation
