In order to be successful, Supply Chain departments have the responsibility to partner and interact with all hospital staff, both clinical and non-clinical. While much attention is given to clinicians, the support of other departments is critical to positive outcomes for each project.

In a three-part series throughout the fall, we will hear from some of those sometimes overlooked departments that Supply Chains work with. They will clue us in on their day-to-day tasks and provide some insight on how they can support Supply Chain initiatives.

In September, three Performance Excellence professionals from Jefferson Health  discussed their process to drive change for the organization.

In October we will have the chance to hear from Justin Poulin, the co-founder and CEO of Beyond Clean on sterile processing.

Finally, in November, two Revenue Integrity professionals from Jefferson Health will highlight their work in reimbursements and how product decisions have potentially counterintuitive down-stream effects.
