Kelli McRory is Associate Chief Supply Chain Officer for Strategy at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she leads enterprise-wide value analysis and clinical contracting across an integrated academic health system. She partners with executive, clinical, and financial leaders to align sourcing strategy with patient outcomes, academic priorities, and long-term financial sustainability.
With nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience, Kelli has overseen large-scale supply portfolios exceeding $1.6 Billion and played a pivotal role in multi-hospital integrations, ERP transitions, and physician-preference item standardization. Prior to MUSC, she served as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations at Jefferson Health, helping elevate the organization to a top national cost performance ranking in Vizient.
