Fires, Flood, Hurricanes, EPA changes, FDA shut-downs, Recalls……..

Never in health care have we seen such a shortage of products spanning all specialties and manufactures.

Our Round Table discussion will cover the contributing factors to this supply crisis as well as an overview on the impact to resources and patient care.

We will have a Six Sigma expert from 3M who will aid in the discussion by giving a manufacturers prospective on processes that are put in place in advance of any emergency so product shortages or recalls do not turn into full blown disasters.

Attendees can expect to learn the following:

  1. You will be able to identify areas in your process that may need to be enhanced to accommodate uncertainty
  2. You will gain an understanding of the contributing factors that affect backorders and supply issues
  3. You will learn insight from manufacturers that may aid in successful navigation of supply shortages
